Lab Services:
Filamentous Identification Lab Service. One reason to identify filaments is to determine the filaments characteristics and then determine the type present. If the type is found out, a root cause can usually be associated with a particular filament. If the cause is known, then a correction can be made to alleviate problems. Chlorination is only a quick fix. Without process changes, filaments will grow back after chlorination. Wastewater Biomass Analyses and Cooling Tower Analyses also available

Training is an integral part of any job. Not everyone is at the same level of training. Many people want beginning concepts and basics. Some need technical information or troubleshooting. Some want equipment, technology or process information. We have developed a full set of Basic training, Advanced training, Filamentous Identification the Easy Way as well as custom training CD's Manuals. We also provide hands-on training classes and soon will have an Online "E-University".

MicroClear® 108 is a high potency, bacteria-laden, powdered formulation for use in controlling algae and BOD through the competition of available nutrients in the water. This product is designed as a feed additive and water treatment product formulated to promote the production of healthy shrimp and fish.
MicroClear® 108 contains a specially formulated, proprietary blend of microorganisms and surface tension suppressants/penetrants. Because of the diversity of the microorganisms enzyme systems, this product is excellent for increasing water clarity through controlling algae population, lowering BOD and TSS levels.
MicroClear® 108 reduces harmful ammonia levels that can be toxic. The safe naturally occurring bacteria and enzyme systems are present in high numbers to handle difficult algae, BOD and odor related problems.
This biologically active formula contains a proprietary blend of bacterial strains that were selected for the ability to breakdown excess waste material in shrimp ponds while helping to protect against shrimp and fish pathogens. These naturally occurring cultures were selected for optimum enzyme production, assuring efficient breakdown of proteins, carbohydrates, cellulose and fats. This leads to better feed conversion and less waste material in your pond which results in cleaner water and higher oxygen levels. Scientifically selected cultures colonize the animal gut aiding in feed digestion and help to prevent infection by pathogens.

BIOAUGMENTATION APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS-AQUACULTURE Shock Dosage – Apply at first appearance of algae at a rate of 4 lbs per acre-foot x 5 doses over a two-week period. Apply evenly over affected area. Maintenance Dosage: Apply at a rate of 2 lb per acre-foot 1-2 times per week. Preventative Dosage: Apply at a rate of 2 lbs per acre-foot, beginning in spring throughout the warm months. If fertilizer is applied to surrounding areas, double dosage for 2 weeks.
