Lab Services:

Filamentous Identification Lab Service. One reason to identify filaments is to determine the filaments characteristics and then determine the type present.  If the type is found out, a root cause can usually be associated with a particular filament.  If the cause is known, then a correction can be made to alleviate problems. Chlorination is only a quick fix.  Without process changes, filaments will grow back after chlorination.

Training is an integral part of any job. Not everyone is at the same level of training. Many people want beginning concepts and basics. Some need technical information or troubleshooting. Some want equipment, technology or process information.

For Steel and Primary Metals

steelMicroSolv 410 contains several types of microorganisms which can degrade aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon chemicals and rolling oils. MicroSolv 410 contains microflora that survives on hydrocarbon oily waste substances allowing it to utilize it as a source of carbon. Being extremely resistant to toxic effects of the chemical pollutant fraction and are able to multiply and metabolize in the presence of certain heavy metals. These safe, nonpathogenic microbes produce a broad spectrum of enzyme systems. Because of the diversity of the microorganisms and proprietary biological enzyme systems, this product is excellent for all types of aliphatic & aromatic hydrocarbon degradation.

BIOAUGMENTATION APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS-Refinery and Petrochemical Wastewater Treatment facilities

Typical dosing is based upon flow times loading. For aeration basin, 1 lb of product for a typical flow of 1 MGD and normal BOD of 2-300. As flow increases or decreases, adjust dosage, same with BOD loading. We have created a dosing wizard where you plug in the flow and loading and it helps calculate dosing program. Also consider a dual program, twice as much activity is achieved with the addition of micronutrients for ½ the cost. steel mill
