Lab Services:

Filamentous Identification Lab Service. One reason to identify filaments is to determine the filaments characteristics and then determine the type present.  If the type is found out, a root cause can usually be associated with a particular filament.  If the cause is known, then a correction can be made to alleviate problems. Chlorination is only a quick fix.  Without process changes, filaments will grow back after chlorination.

Training is an integral part of any job. Not everyone is at the same level of training. Many people want beginning concepts and basics. Some need technical information or troubleshooting. Some want equipment, technology or process information.

We have developed a full set of Basic training, Advanced training, Filamentous Identification the Easy Way as well as custom training CD's Manuals. We also provide hands-on training classes and soon will have an Online "E-University".

 High Impact Grease Digester for Lift Stations, Collection Systems and Municipalities

 

lift stationMicroBlock™ is a solid, bacterial laden, slow release bioblock for use in degrading FOG in lift stations, organic waste grease traps and at various areas upstream from the waste treatment system. The safe, naturally occurring bacteria are present in high numbers to handle difficult organic problems.  The unique bioblock will gradually dissolve over a 30-90 day period or more, which allows for continuous treatment and degradation of waste. Ideal product for upstream from the WWTP.

 

MicroBlock's naturally occurring bacteria contained in the block will reduce odor, sludge, fats, oils and grease buildup.   Biological products offer a more efficient alternative to chemicals. They do not just move the grease downstream, possibly causing blockage or problems in the wastewater treatment plant. They actually degrade the grease and organics at the source.  The bacteria tend to also build up a minor slime coating in the pipes downstream that help to keep grease from building up in the pipes. This keeps maintenance costs down, less jetting and less problems in the wastewater treatment plant with filamentous bulking.

 

Because of the diversity of the microorganism systems incorporated into this product it is specifically developed for use in municipalities, industries and food processing plants for which there requires a particular high impact on fats, oil and grease. The safe, naturally occurring bacteria are present in high numbers to handle difficult organic problems and are very economical to use.

MicroBlock™ gives round the clock waste degradationlift station bioaugmentation treatment with a simple, easy to use system. Simply suspend the brick into the treatment area, hanging the brick ½ the way into the grease trap. The MicroBlock™ will dissolve over a 30-90 day period or more, depending on size, temperature and flow rates in a typical grease trap providing optimal efficiency and treatment.
